If you have/are…
- Highly social media savvy, and up-to-date on the trends, and best practices across the different platforms (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter, Youtube)
- An in-depth understanding of relevant social media metrics (i.e. engagement rate, CTR, etc)
- Media relations and public relations know-how
- An existing network of media, public relations, and activation agencies
- Exceptional organized planning and project management skills
- Exceptional communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and relationship building
- Creative and can naturally churn fresh and engaging ideas
- Customer-centric and highly empathetic
- Passionate about building communities
- A high sense of accountability and initiative

- At least 3-year work experience involving social media, influencer marketing, PR & media relations, community building, and brand activations

You can expect to be accountable for the following:
- Ambassador Community: Building and executing ambassador community plans catered to customers, involving online to offline channels (i.e. social media, email flows, events/activations, PR kits, etc), from recruitment of these ambassadors, up to sustaining solid camaraderie within the ambassador group.
- Influencer Marketing: Building and executing an influencer plan for our 3 brands, which should augment the reach and bigness of our brand campaigns
- PR/Media, Activations: Help strengthen brand equity by strategizing how to maximize PR, media relations, and offline opportunities, to propagate the brand campaign message
- Strong collaboration with Brand Managers on the overall strategy, and with Creatives in brainstorming and translating ideas to actual execution.
- Responding to social media reactions to keep customers engaged
- Seek out the right data/customer/ambassador feedback and identify trends or patterns, transforming insights into strategies and action points
- Set right metrics to track success, and analyze performance
- Work with stakeholders to gain buy-in and commitment
Work setup and expectations
- Remote work, in-office or in-person meetings as necessary (average 2-3 times a month). Offices are in Sucat, Paranaque and near Eastwood, Libis QC
- Flexi-time – work when you want, where you want as long as you drive results and you are responsive to messages M-F 9am-6pm
- Output-based but expected to attend all required meetings (within 9-6pm)
- Fully funded additional trainings, seminars, and courses
